The global internship program is the most intense learning experience that AIESEC offers and it's facilitated by our entire global network. Each year, we provide 10.000 students and recent graduates with the challenging opportunity to live and work in a foreign country, in the areas of management, information technology, education and development.
If you want to gain valuable working experience abroad, work on developing local communities and experience a completely different culture, the AIESEC Global Exchange Program is perfect for you.
This summer AIESEC Vienna 1952 offers the following internship programs. They are tailored towards different kind of students with different level of experience. Each program has its own focus countries, where you would find the most internships of this kinds.

The objective of the TRICCS program is to provide you with soft skills your university does not offer and with the ability to impart knowledge to others. First you will receive an AIESEC TTT (TrainTheTrainer), where you will be trained on speaking and presenting in front of people as well as holding workshops. To put these newly acquired skills into action you will be holding workshops for other AIESECers to get some practice. General content of these workshops will be soft skills that are vital to have and will revolve around soft skills and cultural understanding. After you have held workshops and thereby gained some practice you will start a 6-12 weeks educational or development internship in summer.
Read Chris’s story, who joined the Triccs project and did an internship in Bulgaria here.
A sample internship you can find here.

Please note that the Triccs process is different from the other two programs’ process. Participating in the Triccs project is more similar to being a member of the local committee, because you need to deliver trainings, while the Summer Abroad and Internship Abroad programs don’t require you to be a member.
You can find the application form here.
