Finance The financial system is strongly embedded in the organization as a regulatory body that is responsible not only for controlling in financial means but consciously providing the financial frame for the plans and strategies of the organization. Finance Team has to be in very close, complete and prosperous cooperation with every team, to be able to enable and to execute the organizational strategies and plans as well as to support improvement and sustainable progress. After being in the Finance Team, you will also have the knowledge about auditing. |

External Relations Within this functional area you will take part in research activities on companies, market segmentation and different selling activities. The core goal of the External Relations Team is to develop and to sustain longterm partnerships with companies in Tyrol and Vorarlberg. External Relations also supports and cooperates intensively with the Conference and Event Management Team when it comes to selling activities. As a team member you'll have the possibility to attend different workshops from our learning partners to develop your presentation and selling skills. |

Talent Management The role of the Talent Management Team is to guarantee that all the processes in the organization are happening smoothly, contributing to the recruitment, development and retention of the people identified as talents. Moreover, the team is responsible for the learning and development of all members in the Local Committee. Some tasks are recruitment and selection, allocation, motivation, coaching, training and preparing members for the future tasks and responsibilities. The team needs to offer to the members in the organization skills to develop their competencies and maintain them in the organization. The goal is also to promote national and international conferences and support all members to attend them. |

Exchange The Exchange Team is divided into Outgoing (OGX) and Incoming (ICX) Exchange. On one site, they enable AIESECers in Innsbruck to go abroad for an internship. For this, the team members give trainings about matching and myAIESEC.net, promote Exchange in the Local Committee and also have personal talks with people, who are interested in going abroad. On the other site, ICX is about people coming to Innsbruck for internships. The team integrates them in order to guarantee them a great experience in Tyrol or Vorarlberg. |

Conference and Event Management The projects we run in our Local Committee are the driving force for the positive impact we are creating in our society. The role of the Project Team by itself is to search for important issues in our local environment (e.g. education, social integration of foreigners,…), assess whether we can significantly make a positive change in these issues and then to actually start a project. Furthermore the Project Team and it’s leaders are provided with trainings, ongoing coaching and the right learning environment in order to develop effective leaders and to provide our stakeholders through our projects with the best service possible. |

Communication The Communication Team is the mainly responsible for creating a strong, brand aligned exposure and image of AIESEC on a local level. Besides the external communication the Communication Team is also responsible for an effective internal communication between functional areas. In addition the Communication Team is ensuring a strategic and professional cooperation with different media partners and is also responsible for an up-to-date web presence of AIESEC in Innsbruck. |
