Talent Management
The Talent Management-Team (TM) is the Human Ressource Team of the LC. The Teammebers are responsible that every member in every Functional Area feels confident and that all events are realized well and easy. The Talent Management organizes the Local Commitee Meetings (LCM) where the members will be informed about all the most important things of the different Functional Areas and also get to know opportunities like conferences or quite interesting and great internships.
During Recruitment Time when new members can join AIESEC Talent Management finds out in short interviews and talk with the interested students if and to which Functional Area they could fit best.
Also for "Socializer", events where all AIESECers of the LC meet each other just for having fun together, the Talent Management-Team is responsible. For example you can go out for drink, organize a party or going rafting. Talent Management is also responsible to coach and offer the members different trainings. As the name of the Functional Area already says: TM discovers your talents and develop it!
